Omnibus Insurance Law Changes |
Makes numerous changes to the state's insurance laws impacting premium taxes and certain fees for risk retention groups, regulation of credit personal insurance, insurer investment opportunities (allowing for investment in bonds and notes secured by second liens on real property in certain circumstances), producer commissions, the state guaranty association as well as consumer credit insurance and captive insurers.
