Terrorism

Allows commercial insurers to exclude loss due to terrorism, as defined by the State Insurance Commissioner. Effective 7/1/04. Public Act No. 04-124, Laws of 2004. /p>

Workers' Compensation

HB 5340

Authorizes workers' compensation lump sum settlements to be prorated over the life expectancy of the injured worker. Effective 6/3/04. Public Act No. 04-124, Laws of 2004.
