T.E.A.M. Certification

Project Leadership

The T.E.A.M. Certification has been developed to recognize industry professionals who are committed to developing and utilizing leadership skills that are especially useful in teams and volunteer groups.

The T.E.A.M. Workshop is Focused on Building the Essentials of High Performance Teams

Today’s work environment takes a heavy toll on individuals and the teams on which they work. Efforts to increase productivity routinely push team members outside of defined job descriptions and beyond personal comfort levels. Tension runs high, trust declines, confusing directives squelch efficiency, and competing goals limit progress.

The T.E.A.M. Certification program is focused on providing solutions to these workforce challenges through an interactive workshop and series of virtual modules that explore the four leadership essentials of high performance teams.

Benefits of being T.E.A.M. Certified:

  • Enhanced resume and career potential with an industry-specific professional leadership certification

  • The opportunity to develop and practice team leadership skills through ongoing education and mentoring resources

  • Build industry connections through the T.E.A.M. network

  • Opportunity to serve the industry in a leadership capacity

    • T.E.A.M. certified professionals receive notification for openings on NAMIC education committees (members only)
