This year Personal Lines Seminar attendees can choose to between very different but both magnificent resorts for your stay. Located on the same property and connected to each other, each available for our contracted group rate, our meeting space sits between the Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Both resorts are connected to our meeting space and connected to each other. While our meeting space is located closer to the Disney's Beach Club Resort it is just a brief (less than 2 minutes) walk around the corner in the convention center from the Disney's Yacht Club Resort.

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort features lush landscaping and the formal grace of a grand New England yacht club. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern (known for his East Coast beach houses), this splendid 5-story Resort takes Guests to the summertime in Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. The Resort is adorned with dark wood and wicker furniture, portholes, and simulated captain’s wheels. Cast members are decked out in ship’s crew regalia, including navy blazers and captain’s hats.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort features a New England-style resort, shaded by broad oak trees and lapped by the gentle waters of a 25-acre Crescent Lake. Decorated in the bright beach colors and soft tile floors, this resort is the site of lively family activity along Stormalong Bay—a water wonderland featuring waterfalls, a lazy river, waterslide and tanning deck and meet your favorite Disney characters for breakfast in Cape May Café.

Event Hotel Rate And Cut Off Date

Rate: $189.00 plus taxes per night for single/double occupancy.

The contracted group rate includes complimentary transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport. Save over $120 on your trip by taking the Disney Magical Express Service

Personal Lines Seminar attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. NAMIC has contracted a room block for attendees at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. A set number of rooms are available at the group rate until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, March 12, 2012 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. While NAMIC studies past attendance trends and the needs of our members, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure your reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate. Refer to the NAMIC group rate when making your reservation at the hotel.

Hotel Reservations

To reserve your room by phone, contact the Disney Group Reservations directly at (407) 934-3372 and mention you are with the NAMIC Personal Lines Seminar in order to receive our special group rate. Disney Group Reservations can assist with reservations at both Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Beach Club Resort. Both resorts share the same property and are connected to the seminar meeting space.
