Directors Education Series
NAMIC continues to focus on delivering resources to practice good governance. We are beginning a new series to provide learning opportunities for directors of mutual insurance companies.
Through a needs-assessment survey conducted in May 2006, NAMIC members helped identify the key areas of knowledge that all board members should possess. This section of the series will be hosted in conjunction with NAMIC’s Annual Convention - an event that many member-company board members attend each year. Each year, the optional session at Convention will focus on two or three of the key areas.
