Deeply entwined with Arizona history, The Wigwam welcomes you to come make a little history of your own. Stretching over 440 lushly landscaped acres, the elegantly crafted adobe-and-timber luxury resort provides a rich palette of experiences to suit your every occasion-whether business, romance, relaxation or rollicking family fun.
Each casita-style guest room invites you to celebrate the surrounding beauty with a personal terrace or patio with comfortable lounge chairs. The spacious, serene rooms overlook the golf courses, rose gardens or a sparkling pool and exhibit traditional Territorial Adobe architecture and southwestern ambiance.
Guests are treated to chauffeured golf-cart service as needed around the resort, meticulously maintained gardens to experience as they walk from their guest rooms to the meeting space, and other amenities such as 24-hour room service.

NAMIC has contracted a room block for attendees at the Wigwam Arizona Resort. Claims Conference attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. A set number of rooms are available at the group rate until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. After this time, the hotel has the right to sell any available rooms at a rate which the hotel chooses. While NAMIC studies past attendance trends and the needs of our members, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available. Please plan ahead and secure your reservation as soon as possible to receive the group rate.
Before you can make room reservations, you must register for the NAMIC Claims. Upon registering with NAMIC, you will be provided information within the confirmation email on how to make room reservations with the hotel.
Please contact Amy Thornburg if you encounter any problems with making hotel reservations.
