Event Hotel Rate And Cut Off Date

Rate: All rooms are located on the Grand Hotel Marriott Resort grounds. The rates listed below apply to all accommodation options within the group block.

Resort View Room Rate: $179 per night plus tax based on single/double occupancy.

Bay View Room Rate: $199 per night plus tax based on single/double occupancy.

CEO Roundtable attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. NAMIC has contracted a room block for attendees at the Westin Kierland Resort. A set number of rooms are available at the group rate until February 22, 2013 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. While NAMIC works hard to secure a sufficient number of rooms, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available.

Hotel Reservations

Please call the resort directly at (480) 624-1202 to make your reservation. Refer to the NAMIC CEO Roundtables group rate when making your reservation at the hotel. Please reserve your room early to secure the group rate. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be required at the time of reservation. This will be credited to your final bill.

Golf Outing on Sunday, April 1

Gather a group of your industry peers, or plan to make new connections, at Sunday's golf outing. Included with your golf registration are green fees and a boxed lunch. Club and shoe rental is available for an additional cost and will be billed directly to your sleeping room.
