Join John Szold, CEO, Planning for Succession, Inc., to discuss the factors a farm mutual insurance company board of directors need to keep in mind as they plan for the company’s future, and the procedures they need to follow in building a plan for that future. He will discuss what succession planning is as it relates to farm mutual board members and company management, understanding the board’s role in developing a board and/or management succession plan, and overseeing development of training plans and skill charts for key positions.
