In this session, Elise Farnham will provide a high level overview of the underwriting process. She will discuss the tools available to underwriters during the decision-making process. Also, she will examine the importance of forms, pricing, and documentation, and the use of credit.

We will join Elise Farnham again for an overview of the adjusting process. She will discuss catastrophe management, determination of values, and depreciation. She will also examine bad faith claims and different types of fraud and review the importance documentation in the adjusting process.
