First Time Attendees

We want to know if this is your first time to participate in the NAMIC Management Conference. We would like to get to know you and provide you with some valuable networking opportunities. Don’t be shy please indicate on your registration form if you are a first-time attendee. We are excited to meet you!

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a detailed e-mail confirmation upon successful completion of the registration process for this event; please make sure to enter a valid e-mail address on the registration form. Registration Cancellations

Cancellations made in writing 10 or more working days prior to the start of the seminar are 100 percent refundable. Cancellations made in writing fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. Sorry, seminar refunds will not be granted after June 20, 2009. Golf refunds cannot be given after June 1, 2009. Please forward all cancellation requests to registrar@namic.org or fax to (317) 876-6213.

Accommodations

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we invite all registrants to advise us of any disability and any requests for accommodation to that disability. Please submit your request as far in advance of the program as possible.

What to Wear

Golf Outing – Golf attire including appropriate footwear
Welcome Reception – Business casual or dressy resort attire
Closing Reception & Banquet – Business attire
Meal Functions – Business casual for attendees, casual for guests and children

Visitors to the resort should come prepared for all weather conditions. Temperatures vary greatly from the summit of Tremblant to the resort Village at its base. We suggest packing a sweater for summer evening strolls through the resort Village.
