Workshop Registration Fees

Registrations recieved on or before Monday, June 15, 2009 are applicable to receive the early bird discount.

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a detailed e-mail confirmation upon successful completion of the registration process for this event; please make sure to enter a valid e-mail address on the registration form. Registration Cancellations

Cancellations made in writing 10 or more working days prior to the start of the workshop are 100 percent refundable. Cancellations made in writing fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the workshop are 50 percent refundable. Sorry, seminar refunds will not be granted after July 27, 2009. Accommodations

In accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, we invite all registrants to advise us of any disability and any requests for accommodation to that disability. Please submit your request as far as possible in advance of the program.
