Cancellation notices sent 10 or more working days prior to the start of the seminar are 100 percent refundable. Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. No refunds are available after the start of the event. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing.
