Exhibitors are welcome at this event! All vendors with claims-related products and services are invited to join us in San Antonio. Registration is required and is available now.
Enjoying five years of success, the Claims Conference exhibit show is a unique marketplace for industry vendors to utilize face-to-face marketing and personalized networking with conference participants. Attendees will be claim executives, adjusters and subrogation personnel. We anticipate conference attendance to be 120.
Numerous activities such as receptions, breakfasts, luncheons and breaks are held in the hall to promote attendee participation.
Exhibit booth registration is $725 for NAMIC member companies and $825 for nonmembers and includes a 6' draped table, chairs and one complete conference registration. Additional booth attendees are $400 per person. Electricity and Internet connectivity are an additional charge and forms are provided to registered exhibitors. Exhibitors may reserve rooms at the host hotel at the same rate as conference attendees.
Exhibit booth space is limited so please register early. Booth attendee registration may be completed at the time of booth space registration or submitted at a later date.
