Getting to the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort is easy

Ground transportation from the Orlando International Airport (MCO)

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport.

Airport Shuttle Service

The round-trip shuttle cost for one person is approximately $31. Airport shuttle tickets/reservations can be made online at www.mearstransportation.com. Reservations are recommended.

Convenient parking

The Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort offers valet parking for its guests at a rate of $12 per 24 hours with in and out privileges. Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

Cancellations: All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellation notices sent 10 or more working days prior to the start of the seminar are 100 percent refundable. Any refund due will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the cancellation notice. Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. These refunds will be processed after the event occurs.
