We are pleased to open the Behind the Scenes Tour of Walt Disney WorldŽ Resort to guests of registered attendees at a cost of $100 per person. Attendees of the Behind the Scenes Tour must be at least 17 years of age with valid ID in order to gain admission. If you are already registered and would like to purchase additional tickets for your guests, you can purchase Additional Disney Behind The Scenes Tour Tickets online. Credit card will be required at the time of purchase. All tour tickets are non-refundable.

Due to record high turnout, the Hilton at the Walt Disney WorldŽ Resort is currently sold out on Tuesday, April 15, 2008. To accommodate our guests, we have secured a block of rooms at the Regal Sun Resort, which is located directly across the street from the Hilton. This newly renovated property offers the same Disney benefits as the Hilton.
The NAMIC group rate is $149 plus a $10 resort fee. Reserve rooms no later than March 25, 2008, to receive the group rate. To make your reservation at the Regal Sun, call (407) 828-4444 and ask for in-house reservations. Refer to NAMIC when making your reservation at the hotel.

Cancellations: All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellation notices sent 10 or more working days prior to the start of the seminar are 100 percent refundable. Any refund due will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the cancellation notice. Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. These refunds will be processed after the event occurs.
