The NAMIC Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) courses provide 36 comprehensive hours of education and information on vital issues that will benefit both the new and experienced farm mutual manager in the areas of leadership, financial management, and underwriting and claims. Completion of all three modules and one additional prescribed seminar makes a qualified farm mutual manager eligible for the Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation. This 12-hour module emphasizes the essential management topic of Financial Management.

Two hotels options are available for your stay this year.

The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is the home of NAMIC's Annual Convention right in the heart of Philly. The hotel is surrounded by rich revolutionary history and culture, a great selection of dining establishments, shopping, entertainment and cultural venues. Many of the attractions are within steps of the hotel front doors.

Philadelphia Marriott Downtown room rate: $199

The second hotel is Marriott's Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown. The hotel opened after a grand $75 million restoration, recapturing the grandeur of its 1926 origins and placing it among the premier hotels in Philadelphia. This 18-story, 498-room Philadelphia hotel, listed on the "National Register of Historic Places", stands as a charming testament to time and now integrates state-of-the-art systems with unique architectural details like coffered plaster, stunning bronze work and striking marble finishes.

Marriott Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown room rate: $184

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you can make room reservations, you must register for the convention with NAMIC. Upon registering with NAMIC, you will be provided with information on how to make a room reservation with the hotel. The room cutoff date is September 5, 2008; however, this does not guarantee that rooms will be available up to this date. We encourage everyone to register as early as possible to ensure accommodations.
