The Embassy Suites St. Louis - St. Charles is conveniently located just off I-70 and seven miles from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and the MetroLink Rail Station. The hotel is connected to the St. Charles Convention Center in the St. Louis suburb's downtown area.

From the Lambert International Airport and downtown St. Louis:

Take I-70 West and exit at Fifth Street, Exit 229A. Head south and at the second stoplight, turn right onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. The hotel is less than one mile ahead on the left, at the Convention Center Plaza.

From the west:

Take I-70 East and exit at Fifth Street, Exit 229A. Head south and at the second stoplight, turn right onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. The hotel is less than one mile ahead on the left, at the Convention Center Plaza.

Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. These refunds will be processed after the event occurs.
