While the resort does not provide shuttle service to and from the airport, the concierge can make all transportation arrangements for you. Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. These refunds will be processed after the event occurs. No refunds are available after March 8, 2008. Golf refunds cannot be given after March 1, 2008. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. What to wear: The suggested attire for this meeting is business casual. Evenings in Texas Hill Country can be cooler, so for the reception on Sunday we suggest a jacket for men and dressy resort attire for ladies.
