CEO Roundtables is a unique event designed for the CEO, president, or general manager of primary insurance companies. Participants are divided into groups based on company size at this exclusive event. Discussion moderators both lead and participate in the all-day sessions where frank discussions foster an environment for idea exchange and the opportunity to ask questions about what's working for others. Year after year, CEOs tell us this is one of the most valuable events they attend.
The participants set the agenda, select the topics, and facilitate the discussion. We have found this format is one of the best ways to get answers to questions and to build a network of peers.
CEO Roundtables is in a new location this year because many regular participants asked for a change in scenery. We hope you will enjoy the beautiful San Antonio, Texas, area this year. We know the spirit of the engaging discussions will continue regardless of the location.

Nestled atop one of the highest points in all of San Antonio, the Westin La Cantera Resort offers breathtaking views of downtown San Antonio and the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Built on the site of an abandoned limestone rock quarry-la cantera in Spanish-the resort's intimate setting seems like it's a world away from the city, yet the famous River Walk and the Alamo-two of San Antonio's most visited attractions- are just 20 minutes away.
The resort, which has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards including Golf Magazine's 2006-2007 "Silver Medal Award," the prestigious Condé Nast Traveler's 2007 "Gold List," and Condé Nast's "Top 100 Golf Courses," is a hilltop retreat that combines the best of golf and luxury. With six pools, health club and spa services, tennis courts, unique dining options, a kids club, three hot tubs, flexible and spacious meeting space, and golf options second to none, rest assured there's something for everyone.

This year's outing will be hosted at the Westin La Cantera's Resort Course, revered as one of the best new golf courses by Golf Digest since it opened in 1995. The course, now home to the PGA Tour's Valero Texas Open at La Cantera, is known for its breathtaking views - the most famous being the sheer 80-foot drop from the seventh tee to the fairway - and offers spectacular views of the roller coaster at Six Flags Fiesta Texas Theme Park and the downtown San Antonio skyline.
The outing will begin with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. A boxed lunch will be provided.
To participate in the golf outing, please indicate your wish to do so on your online registration form. Also indicate your handicap. Rental clubs are available. Please indicate mens' or ladies' right- or left-handed clubs on your online registration form if you require club rentals. The number of available clubs is limited and will be supplied on a first-come, first-served basis. A member of the NAMIC staff will notify you in advance of the event if clubs are no longer available.
If we do not receive enough players for the tournament, we will transition to tee times instead. All players will be notified in advance of this change if it is necessary.
