Motor vehicle insurance - ignition interlock devices

Relates to the interlock device fund; changes the administrative authority for the interlock device fund; exempts indigents from a fee; requires quarterly remission of fees. Effective: March 2, 2006.

Workers' compensation - fund management

Relates to workers' compensation; amends the Tax Refund Intercept Program Act to include certain debts by employers incurred under the Workers' Compensation Act or the Workers' Compensation Administration Act. (Similar to HB 478, Chapter 53). Effective: May 17, 2006.
