Motor vehicle insurance - teen drivers

Relates to a Level 1 Learner's Permit; relates to successful completion of a course in driver education in a public or private high school in the state; requires the passing of a written test and road skills; provides for payment of appropriate fees. Effective: July 6, 2006.
