NAMIC Preferred Service Organization User Agreement

PSO POLICIES

In addition to NAMIC'S general website policies and terms of use, it is understood and agreed by all participants in the PSO program that they accept any and all responsibility for information, representations, products, or services described or made available on their display or any linked website. Further, NAMIC offers no guarantees or warrantees, specific or implied regarding any products or services offered by NAMIC PSO participants.

NAMIC does not condone nor support any type of abuse of the Internet, whether through spam of email, or Usenet, etc. In fact, we tolerate no such abuse. NAMIC defines spam as mass email sent to recipients who have not requested mail from you, and/or with a fake return address.

NAMIC reserves the right to reject any NAMIC PSO application or change to display submitted to NAMIC, based on content. For example, pornography or sexually oriented graphics or content will not be accepted by NAMIC. Any inappropriate information, in the sole discretion of NAMIC, will be disallowed. NAMIC strives to be a morally and ethically responsible site.

The advertisement for rent, sale, lease, or joint venture of any NAMIC PSO display or website on the NAMIC PSO site is prohibited. Such is considered to be in direct conflict with NAMIC and the NAMIC PSO Program.

USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to the NAMIC Preferred Service Organization (PSO) program, a service of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC). Please read this Agreement; by using this service, you agree to its terms. As the Web is an evolving medium; we may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use the service after we post notice of any such changes, you agree to accept the new terms.

The information on this PSO website is for educational purposes only. Through the PSO program NAMIC is not engaged in rendering consulting or professional services. The information provided throughout the PSO website and program is not a substitute for consulting or professional services that might be obtained elsewhere in helping you make a provider organization decision.

If you disagree with any material you find on our service, we suggest that you respond by email. We invite you to bring to our attention any material you believe to be inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material to our Webmaster, along with an explanation of your objection.

The Internet allows people throughout the world to share valuable information, ideas, and creative works. To ensure continued open access to such materials, we all need to protect the rights of those who share their creations with us.

Although we make the PSO website freely accessible, we don't intend to give up our rights, or anyone else's rights, to the materials appearing on the service. VENDORS: Apply Today

To apply for the program, an authorized company representative must complete an online application at NAMIC Online, including payment of the first year's fee. At the time of application, the company must provide a referral contact that is a current NAMIC member company. If the company's application is rejected (due to lack of a valid NAMIC member referral or misrepresentation in the application process), the application fee will be promptly refunded, less a $75 processing fee.

If the company representative is unsure about whether or not one of their customers is a NAMIC Member, they may contact the PSO Program Administrator for assistance. At no time will the NAMIC Membership Directory be available to PSO applicants or participants.
