NAIC Ratifies Broker Disclosure Model Amendments
The NAIC's Broker Activities Task Force met on Monday morning in Boston. During the public portion of the meeting - which lasted less than 30 minutes - an update was provided as to the NAIC model amendments on broker disclosure as adopted in December.
