NAMIC President Charles Chamness Comments on Resignation of PCI President Ernie Csiszar

INDIANAPOLIS (September 14, 2006)-Charles M. Chamness, president and CEO of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), issued the following statement today regarding the resignation of Ernie Csiszar as president and CEO of the Property Casualty Insurance Association of America (PCI):

"Ernie has served the insurance industry well in many capacities, and I'm sure that service will continue in his future endeavors. I wish Ernie well both personally and professionally. I'm certain the PCI Board will select a very capable individual to the lead the organization. I look forward to working with the new leader to advance the common goals of our two associations and the property/casualty insurance industry."
