INDIANAPOLIS (Nov. 9, 2005)-The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) has unveiled the latest version of its award-winning website, NAMIC Online, featuring simplified site navigation, streamlined page layouts and realigned presentation of content. Dynamic news and information tools assist visitors to find the information they want more quickly and efficiently.
"NAMIC Online is the hub of NAMIC's communication effort," said NAMIC Senior Vice President of Member Services and Communications Bart Anderson. NAMIC Online features the association's public policy and advocacy positions, networking and educational opportunities, access to NAMIC services, and organizational information about the association and its history. NAMIC Online publishes publicly available daily news and information as it relates to the mutual insurance industry, while focusing its daily updates on state, federal, financial, regulatory and legal news affecting the industry.
Among the most visited pages at NAMIC Online are detailed state legislative reports, online resource centers following the latest issues and trends in the insurance industry, online registration for NAMIC events, public policy papers and issue briefs, and news archives sorted by issue and state.
NAMIC Online has enhanced its news coverage by developing dynamically generated related headlines on every page allowing readers to remain informed of the latest news and information on specific states and issues.
