The second group to come to Washington for this year’s CCP was New York on April 14. Coincidentally, New York was here for the first week of the Silver Anniversary as one of the three original states to launch CCP 25 years ago. It was a terrific day for New York as they met with 16 members of the House of Representatives and in the Senate, had the opportunity to meet with Sen.
