Michigan: House Panel Approves Insurance Scoring Ban

According to NAMIC state trade partners in Michigan, the House Insurance Committee on Thursday approved legislation that would ban the use of credit-based insurance scoring. 2008 State-by-state Rankings Released of the Best and Worst Tort Systems in America
