LexisNexis and BuildFax Collaborate to Expand Homeowners Solutions

LexisNexis® Risk Solutions today announced a strategic relationship with BuildFax to assist homeowners insurance companies with the challenges associated with insuring homes. Through this relationship, insurers will be able to acquire much-needed building permit information to enhance their ability to identify, assess, select and manage risks that are consistent with carriers’ underwriting philosophies and risk appetites. With this new offering, insurers will also be able to address an emerging need for “age of roof” information to improve the profitability of their homeowners line of business.

Access Denied

In order to access members-only content, you will need to make sure you that you are a NAMIC member and that you are currently logged into the website.

I AM A MEMBER. Why was my access denied?

	I am not logged into the website. In the upper right hand corner you will need to enter your NAMIC.org username and password.

	I forgot my username/password. In the upper right hand corner, select "Forgot Password?". After submitting the form, you will receive an email which contains your username, a temporary password, and a link to reset your password.

	I have never registered for NAMIC.org. In the upper right hand corner, select “CREATE ACCOUNT”. Please be aware that you will initially be logged into NAMIC.org as a non-member. It can take up to 1 business day to process a member access request. You will receive an email when your request has been approved. You will then need to log out of the website and log back in to view member content.

	I recently registered for NAMIC.org, but my status is “non-member”. It can take up to 1 business day to process your request for member access. Once you have received the welcome email from NAMIC, you will then need to log out of the website and log back in to update your access level. Please see the full process below.
