Solvency Modernization Initiative [S]
Our Position
NAMIC has created a set of principles that express the Association’s policies and preferences with respect to development of solvency regulation affecting NAMIC’s members. The principles, which were developed by a NAMIC member Task Force, represent rational criteria for development or refinement of solvency regulation by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners or international entities like the International Association of Insurance Supervisors.
