The combination of a rapidly aging workforce and the need to fill hundreds of thousands of positions in the next five to 10 years means that insurers need to take action now. NAMIC has created this resource center to serve as a practical guide for how to meet this challenge as well as to be a source of references, tips, templates, and more to help NAMIC members succeed in attracting young talent into their companies and the insurance industry as a whole.

It can take up to 1 business day to process a member access request. You will receive an email when your request has been approved. You will then need to log out of the website and log back in to view member content.
