Recently, I had the opportunity to travel to North Carolina, one of my favorite places, as the keynote speaker at the North Carolina Association of Mutual Insurance Company's spring conference. During my presentation, I explained the three reasons why the Tar Heel State holds such a soft spot in my heart. In the process, I was reminded of the reach of NAMIC's membership.
