John Hill, CPA, Vice Chairman

John T. Hill II is president and COO of Magna Carta Companies. Hill also serves on the company's board of directors.

In addition, Hill serves as a board member for the following industry organizations: the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), NCCI Holdings, Inc., and the Insurance Federation of New York (IFNY). He is also an advisory board member for the National Insurance Industry Association (NIIA).

Prior to joining Magna Carta in 1995, Hill spent 14 years with the Home Insurance Company where he served in a variety of financial and executive management roles. Hill is a graduate of Waynesburg College, where he received his bachelor's degree in accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Hill, his wife Gayle, and their two children, John III and Nicole, reside in Pennington, New Jersey.
