Gregg A. Dykstra, Senior Vice President - Internal Operations, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Gregg A. Dykstra is Senior Vice President, Internal Operations, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for NAMIC. He has been with NAMIC since 1997 and his areas of responsibility include association legal matters, human resources, administrative services, and accounting/finance.
Gregg is the author of NAMIC's recent corporate governance white paper "Meeting Challenges and Exceeding Expectations in Mutual Corporate Governance".
He also serves as Executive Director of the Insurance Committee for Arson Control and is staff liaison for NAMIC's Legal Advisory Committee.
Gregg helped create and organize MoldUpdate.com, a NAMIC sponsored website devoted to providing news and resources concerning mold issues impacting the insurance industry.
His business background includes work in strategic planning, operations management, corporate law, and governance.
Gregg's prior work experience included positions with Best Lock Corporation in Indianapolis and Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company in Fort Wayne, Ind. He holds degrees in law and economics.
