UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR DIRECT ACCESS TO INSURANCE COMPANY DECISION MAKERS

It’s your time to shine. Share your latest technology and insight with a targeted group of property/casualty decision makers. Attendance is FREE to all insurers to provide the greatest opportunity for participation and NAMIC will work to directly target your audience based on application criteria.

Vendors are selected to participate through a competitive application process. Consideration will be given to their companies’ ability to provide a presentation that is engaging and professional and that is geared to improving the efficiency, performance, and growth prospects of an insurance company across its internal or external value chain.

SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

Process

  1. Submit application by completing the form linked above.

  2. Staff will review applications within 7-10 business days and provide formal notification whether the application has been accepted or declined. By applying you’re agreeing to pay the participation fee and committed to full payment and benefits if your application is accepted.

    1. Accepted applications will be invoiced for payment immediately.

    2. Declined applications will not be charged the participation fee.

  3. Companies that are selected will received instructions on next steps including presentation deadlines, logo submission, participation benefits, etc.

BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING – VIRTUAL

  • Participation in a 5, 10 or 20-minute professionally moderated virtual fastpitch session including live Q&A to demonstrate the benefits and features of your service, product, technology, or latest innovation (subject to NAMIC approval)*

  • Company logo included on-screen during the session**

  • Advance copy of the attendee list with the contact information provided at 60 days prior to the event

  • Logo recognition and link included on the event website

  • Sponsor recognition included in all promotional emails for the event (deadlines apply)

  • Verbal sponsor recognition during the event

  • Virtual sponsor showcase opportunity (virtual exhibit) provided for the event which includes:

    • Opportunity to provide a company logo and description for the booth

    • Ability to upload brochures, video links, and URLs to showcase your company

    • Uploaded videos displayed in a video gallery in your booth

    • Uploaded PDF files and video links displayed in a resource gallery for attendees to view

    • Attendees will have access to uploaded documents and company descriptions throughout the event

    • Ability to video conference with booth visitors with screen sharing option within video chats for collaboration

  • Post-event list of names for those who attended your company’s live session

  • Includes up to two registrations to the event for speakers. Any additional staff will need to register at the member vendor rate

*Session time subject to change based on final number of submissions. Time will be confirmed four weeks prior to the event.
**Please note: All participants will be placed in alphabetical order when in print or verbally recognized.

  • Speaker(s) Name, Title, Company, and Email Address

  • If there any other people from your team who will be involved in the planning of your pitch and should be copied on communications, please provide their names, email addresses and roles. We also are interested in sharing real life use cases of your product or service from insurance carriers. If you have a partner you could include in your pitch, we encourage you to do so.
