Become A Sponsor At NAMIC’s 115^th Annual Convention

NAMIC’s Annual Convention is the association’s premier annual event. The convention draws more than 1,000 insurance leaders and decision-makers from more than 300 of the industry’s most influential property/casualty insurance companies from across the United States and Canada.

The convention experience offers sponsors an unparalleled opportunity to enhance name recognition and interact with target markets. Where else can you find so many top-level insurance executives available to see your company’s name and message?

Sponsorship enables NAMIC to keep registration fees to a minimum while maintaining the quality programming and overall experience the industry has come to expect. The resulting benefit to your organization is a valuable opportunity to network one-on-one with current and prospective clients. NAMIC members recognize and appreciate the support sponsors provide and remember those contributions long after the convention comes to a close.

The majority of convention sponsorship options are reserved for NAMIC member companies, thus ensuring that at the association’s premier event, NAMIC is promoting member companies to member companies. New for this year, however, is the option for non-member companies to become a sponsor contributor. Contributors will receive limited recognition and do not sponsor a specific item or convention event. All returning sponsors have first rights to continue a sponsorship. Any available sponsorship options are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

NAMIC Member Company Sponsor Levels

Sponsorship benefits vary by level of contribution and include:

General Benefits

• Interaction with target market
• Participation with the nation’s largest mutual insurance association
• Recognition at the convention page of NAMIC Online
• A sign with company name and logo at sponsored event
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship in the printed convention guide
• A verbal thank you at the sponsored event where appropriate
• Company name and/or logo on sponsored item where appropriate
• Signage listing all convention sponsors (by level)
• Sponsorship acknowledged at Tuesday and Wednesday general sessions
• Delegate advanced registration list in Excel spreadsheet format, including contact e-mail address

Platinum Sponsorship

• Two convention delegate registrations
• Specific mention by NAMIC Chairman during Opening General Session
• Priority selection of hospitality suites
• Representative present to introduce sponsored event
• Annual Banquet table reserved seating (for one table only)
• Sponsorship acknowledged at all three general sessions on display screen
• Pre-approval for hotel door-drop promotions
• Logo included with company name in printed convention guide
• Complimentary banner ad on the computers at the NAMIC Cyber Café
• Complimentary banner ad at the NAMIC Online convention web page
• Display company logo at the NAMIC Online convention web page (near company listing)

Gold Sponsorship

• Sponsorship acknowledged at all three general sessions on display screens
• Pre-approval for hotel door-drop promotions
• Logo included with company name in printed convention guide
• Complimentary banner ad on the computers at the NAMIC Cyber Café
• Complimentary banner ad at the NAMIC Online convention web page
• Display company logo at the NAMIC Online convention web page (near company listing)

Silver Sponsorship

• Complimentary banner ad on the computers at the NAMIC Cyber Café

Non-Member Options

For the first time, NAMIC is offering limited sponsorship opportunities to non-member companies. Non-member sponsors will be recognized in the printed convention guide.
