Optional Breakfast Tickets
Due to changes in the tax law as of Jan. 1, 1994, meal costs included in registration fees are only 50 percent tax deductible. The cost of food functions included in the convention registration is $234.

Immediate registration is available online. Online registration now accepts check or credit card payments.
Online registration is the fastest way to register but a paper form is provided online for your convenience. Fax registration is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Credit card payments only. Fax registrations to (317) 415-0802. Mail registration forms to:

Confirmation information
Once your payment is received in the NAMIC office, we will send an email acknowledgement and provide information enabling you to make hotel reservations at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. In instances where multiple registrants are listed on one form or registered online, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the first delegate.
Registration additions
To add a guest or breakfast ticket to an existing registration please use this online form. A link is included in your confirmation email as well. Another copy of the confirmation email will be sent once the change is made.
Cancellation/refund policy
All cancellations must be in writing and may be sent by email, fax, or mail. Email and fax cancellation requests must be received in the NAMIC office by September 12, 2008. Mailed requests must be postmarked no later than September 12, 2008. Sorry, there will be no refunds after this date. No partial refunds of registration fees will be given. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Please forward all requests to registrar@namic.org or fax (317) 415-0802. PLEASE NOTE: Cancelling a Convention registration with NAMIC does not cancel a hotel or tour reservation.
