*Due to changes in the tax law as of Jan. 1, 1994, meal costs included in registration fees are only 50 percent tax deductible. The cost of food functions included in the convention registration is $245.

NAMIC accepts check or credit card payments for your registration fees.

Registration

Online registration is the fastest way to register but a paper form is provided online for your convenience. Fax registration is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Credit card payments only. Fax registrations to (317) 415-0802. Mail registration forms to:

Confirmation Information

A valid email address for confirmation of your registration is required. If registering more than one person at a time, you will need to forward the confirmation email to each delegate. If paying online with a credit card, you will receive your confirmation immediately after you submit your credit card payment. If using the paper registration form or mailing a check payment, a confirmation email will be sent once NAMIC processes your payment. The confirmation email includes a receipt, housing website, cancellation policy, and other event information.

Registration Additions

To add a guest or breakfast ticket to an existing registration, please use the online form. Email confirmation of your update will be sent to the email address you provided.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellations received on or before Aug. 25 are 100 percent refundable. After Aug. 25, a $25 processing fee will be deducted. Any refund due will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the cancellation notice. No refunds are available after Sept. 4, so please plan accordingly. Mailed refund requests must be postmarked no later than Sept. 4, 2009, for consideration. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Please forward all requests to rstone@namic.org or fax (317) 415-0802. Cancelling a convention registration with NAMIC does not cancel a hotel or tour reservation.

Badges

Badges must be worn at all functions.

Suggested Attire

The suggested attire for the convention is business casual. The only exception is the Wednesday evening banquet where business or semi-formal attire is suggested.

Advanced Registration List

In order for your name to appear on the advance registration list, your registration must be received by NAMIC no later than Aug. 26, 2009.

Registration Desk

For the convenience of attendees arriving early, NAMIC will have a registration desk open on Saturday, Sept. 19 from noon to 6 p.m. Registration will be in the Hyatt Regency Atlanta hotel.

Banquet Ticket Exchange

NAMIC will conduct a ticket exchange for reserved seating at the Wednesday evening banquet. Within each book of tickets (delegate and guest) is a ticket to be exchanged for a reserved seat. Please bring this ticket and those of any others in your group to the NAMIC registration desk at the following times:
