Housing Alert :

We have recently discovered that a group claiming to be the “Convention Housing Bureau” (or a similar name) has contacted registered and/or regular attendees of the NAMIC Annual Convention claiming the ability to secure room reservations at the official NAMIC hotels in Seattle in September at a discounted rate. Please be aware that these companies are not authorized to represent NAMIC, and cannot secure rooms within the group room block. Unfortunately, this problem is becoming more prevalent among convention groups and is now commonly known in the field as “poaching” convention attendees. Read More >>
