Upon registering with NAMIC, you will be provided information on how to make room reservations with the hotel. The room cutoff date is Aug. 27, 2010. While NAMIC works hard to secure a sufficient number of rooms, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available up to that date. Please reserve your room as early as possible to ensure accommodations.
