The exhibit show is held on the first two days of NAMIC’s convention and allows exhibitors to attend all show functions with only a two-night hotel expense.

NAMIC offers two types of booth spaces - standard and premium. Standard spaces are on the interior of aisles and have other booths on both sides. Premium spaces are located in higher traffic areas and are either on the end of an aisle or bordering one of the lounges.
Participation in the exhibit show provides unparalleled access to more than 1,100 insurance professionals. Additionally, exhibitors benefit from:
Freeman, the official show decorator, will supply all decoration and booth furnishings through the Freeman website.

Any electrical, A/V, telephone, Internet access, or material handling needs will be handled directly through Freeman and the Manchester Grand Hyatt. Order forms for these services are included at the exhibitor service kit website. Freeman and the Manchester Grand Hyatt will have representatives on site to help with booth service needs.
Numerous activities are scheduled throughout the exhibit show to increase delegate traffic and exhibitor visibility.
Coffee is served in the hall during all exhibit show hours and dessert is offered in the exhibit hall after the luncheons on both Monday and Tuesday.
On Monday afternoon, the exhibit hall is the site of a delegate reception featuring a must-be-present-to-win grand prize drawing that traditionally attracts more than 600 attendees. This reception and drawing is reserved for the NAMIC prize drawings.
The Tuesday afternoon ice cream and soft drink break is held in the hall and will be the time for exhibitor raffle drawings. A riser and microphone are provided. NAMIC will conduct the raffle and announce prize winners.
NAMIC welcomes sponsorship participation and offers a variety of opportunities for exhibitor sponsorship. Sponsorships are offered with first-refusal rights to any returning sponsor. Please contact NAMIC Member Services at sponsorships@namic.org to discuss available options.
NAMIC is pleased to continue publication of the Exhibit Show Directory. The Exhibit Show Directory will list all registered exhibitors along with the company contact information and description.
Exhibitors have the opportunity to enhance company recognition by placing a paid advertisement and/or company logo in the guide. The guide will be 8 ˝” x 11”, magazine-style, and ads will be full-page, four-color. Exhibitor logos, in four-color, will be displayed along with the corresponding company listing.
Artwork specifications will be sent via e-mail with purchase confirmation.

NAMIC is pleased to offer exhibitors the option to rent a Lead Retrieval system for this year’s exhibit show.
All convention delegate badges will have a printed bar code that can be scanned into the Lead Retrieval system to record visitors and prospects. You also have the option of customizing action codes for your scanned attendees.
Scanned information will be include the delegate name, title, company name, address, telephone, fax (if provided), and e-mail address (if available).
This Lead Retrieval system is provided by Trade Show Leads. Information on the system and rental rates is available at the links below, or at the Trade Show Leads website. All registered exhibitors will receive information directly from Trade Show Leads with details of this offer.

NAMIC's annual convention attracts more than 1,100 property/casualty insurance industry executives from more than 300 different companies. Although attendees come from all size regional and national insurance and reinsurance companies across the United States and Canada, the majority are Midwest-based with Illinois, New York, Indiana, Iowa and Minnesota as the top five attendee States.
Of the 2009 annual convention attendee companies reporting DWP:
More than 95 percent of 2009 annual convention survey respondents said the NAMIC convention was somewhat or extremely important.
More than 95 percent of respondents rated their NAMIC convention experience as good or excellent.
The NAMIC annual convention either met or exceeded the expectations of 96 percent of responding attendees.
More than 96 percent of survey respondents said they were somewhat or extremely likely to recommend the NAMIC convention to a colleague.
99 percent of respondents indicated they were satisfied or very satisfied with their NAMIC annual convention experience.
Nearly 70 percent of respondents rated the NAMIC annual convention exhibit show as important or very important and nearly 80 percent rated their exhibit show experience as good or excellent.
The networking opportunities at the NAMIC annual convention were rated as somewhat important or extremely important by 95 percent of survey respondents.

NAMIC will be hosting the Cyber Café, a group of computers with high-speed Internet access that will be available to all convention attendees. Attendees will be able to browse the Internet, check their web-based e-mail, and learn more about events occurring at the convention. The Cyber Café will be open during the primary convention days and most evenings.
