The Connecticut Insurance Department has reversed its position with regard to the licensing of subrogation adjusters. With the issuance of Bulletin L-20 on Sept. 4, the department no longer requires entities or individuals engaged in the subrogation process to be licensed as casualty adjusters in Connecticut. Bulletin L-20 can be viewed on the department's website.
