Iowa: Storm Scammer Bill Encounters Setback in Iowa House

NAMIC's state trade advocacy partners the Mutual Insurance Association of Iowa and the Iowa Insurance Institute report that despite strong grassroots, the House of Representatives refused to concur with the Senate’s amendment to SF 466.

At this time the supporters of the bill are assessing its prospects and the best strategy for passing it. Stay tuned.
