We’ve Passed It, Now We’re Finding Out What’s In It
Perhaps the most memorable moment of the entire debate over healthcare reform last year was when then-speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., uttered the sentence, “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.” Even if you don’t take issue with that method of legislating (I do), you would still be forced to admit that it can be risky. The perfect example would be the healthcare bill’s new 1099 reporting requirements for small businesses.

It can take up to 1 business day to process a member access request. You will receive an email when your request has been approved. You will then need to log out of the website and log back in to view member content.
