Support Grows for Repeal of Healthcare law’s 1099 Requirement

Last week, we asked you take action and contact your Congressman and urge them to sign onto the discharge petition for H.R. 5141, the Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act, which would retract the onerous new 1099 reporting requirements. Because of your help, coupled with our hard work, more than 125 members of Congress have signed onto the petition.

Access Denied

In order to access members-only content, you will need to make sure you that you are a NAMIC member and that you are currently logged into the website.

I AM A MEMBER. Why was my access denied?

	I am not logged into the website. In the upper right hand corner you will need to enter your NAMIC.org username and password.

	I forgot my username/password. In the upper right hand corner, select "Forgot Password?". After submitting the form, you will receive an email which contains your username, a temporary password, and a link to reset your password.

	I have never registered for NAMIC.org. In the upper right hand corner, select “CREATE ACCOUNT”. Please be aware that you will initially be logged into NAMIC.org as a non-member. It can take up to 1 business day to process a member access request. You will receive an email when your request has been approved. You will then need to log out of the website and log back in to view member content.

	I recently registered for NAMIC.org, but my status is “non-member”. It can take up to 1 business day to process your request for member access. Once you have received the welcome email from NAMIC, you will then need to log out of the website and log back in to update your access level. Please see the full process below.
