California: NAMIC Asks CDI to Ensure Its Proposed Changes to Homeowners’ Insurance Estimated Replacement Value Regulation is Consistent with Soon-to-be-Revised Mandated Policy Disclosures

NAMIC joined its national insurer state advocacy partner, the Personal Insurance Federation of California, and other members of the insurance industry Feb. 11 at the Department of Insurance public workshop to consider contemplated amendments to regulations governing insurance producers training and business practices relating to the estimating of replacement cost for homeowners insurance policies.
