New Jersey: Christie Transition Report Casts Doubt on Territorial Subsidization Plan

An auto insurance territorial subsidization plan developed by the Department of Banking and Insurance that has been challenged by NAMIC and other insurance industry groups “appears to be a solution in search of a problem,” according to a report compiled by the transition team of Gov. Chris Christie.
