Mississippi: Supreme Court Rules on Katrina Case

The Supreme Court of Mississippi handed down its decision Oct. 8, in Corban v United Services Automobile Association, a case relating to property damaged by Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and in which NAMIC appeared as amicus curiae along with State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
