Kentucky: Notice of Agreement to Settle Claim in UIM Case Must be Clear
In a 4-3 decision, the Kentucky Supreme Court has held that notice that an insured is considering settlement with a tortfeasor is inadequate as notice under Kentucky law of an agreement to settle.
