Washington: Office of Insurance Commissioner Proposes Expedited Rulemaking for Its Amendments to Audited Financial Statement Regulations
The Office of the Insurance Commissioner introduced proposed amendments July 20 to the Audited Financial Statement Regulations, WAC 284-07-100 through WAC 284-07-230, to incorporate an amendment to the National Association of Insurance Commissioner’s Accreditation Standards.
