Connecticut: NAMIC Joins Amicus Brief Opposing AG Disclosure of Confidential Information

NAMIC has joined with the Insurance Association of Connecticut, the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, and other groups in an amicus brief arguing that the state’s attorney general does not have unlimited discretion to disclose confidential information submitted in the course of an investigation.
