NAMIC Update on Harmful Workers’ Compensation Legislation

NAMIC successfully mobilized its membership in April to contact Congress in opposition to unnecessary legislation that would create a national commission to study and evaluate the adequacy of all state workers’ compensation laws. The bill is seen as an unwelcome step toward federalizing state workers’ compensation programs.
