Nebraska: Supreme Court Rules UM/UIM Exclusions Limited to Those Enumerated in Statute

NAMIC’s state trade association partner, the Nebraska Insurance Information Service, reports that the Nebraska Supreme Court ruled in the case of Kline vs. Farmers Insurance Exchange (No. S-07-325) that the only exclusions permissible in UM/UIM coverage are those found in §44-6413, the state’s Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Insurance Coverage Act.
